5.0 DESIGN FEATURES 5.1 SITE east of Florida City, and 9 5.1.1 The site is approximately 25 miles south of Miami, 8 miles miles southeast of Homestead, Florida 5.2 CONTAINMENT CONFIGURATION concrete building of cylindrical 5.2.1 The containment building is a steel-lined, reinforced features:
