The current condition indicates*the approved security plan was submitted by letters dated Octobe'r *13, 1992, as amended by letter dated September 28, 1994, April 25, and June 26, 1996, and April 16, 1998.
On M~rch 21, 2016, GEH proviped N~C a revised VNC Site Physlcill Securtty Plan (R~ference 3}. The physic;al security plan *cov~~ reactor f,lcllities licensed under ~RC license R-3*3 ~nd facilities ~nd ma~erials licensed un_der NRC license SNM-960 and under the State of California license CA-0017-01. NRC approved the revised plan on August 9, 2017 as part of the SNM-960 license renewal (Reference 4).
As discussed with NRC staff on March 6, 2019, GEH requests a license amendment for NRC License R-:33, Condition 2.C(3), to change the wording to read:
The licensee shall fully implement and maintain in effect all provi~ions of ttte Commission-approved physical security plan, Including all amendments and revisions maqe pursuant to Ute authority of 1oCFR 50.90 ~d 1o CFR 50.54(p). This approved physical 5ecuiity plah, which contains Information withheld from public disclosure under 1o*CFR 73.21. "Protection of Safegu~rds Information: PerfQfm.anc.e Requlrements,n is entitled "VNC Site Physical SecuritY Plan," and Is dated March 21,2016.
