Effective November 30, 2018, Mr. Jeffrey Smyly is the VNC Manager, Regulatory Compliance for GE-Hitachi Nuclear Energy Americas, LLC. Pursuant to TS 6.1 .2.4, Mr. Smyly replaces Mr.
