Entergy Operations, Inc., the licensee for the Arkansas Nuclear One Units 1 & 2, Grand Gulf Nuclear Station, River Bend Station, and Waterford 3 Steam Electric Station, and Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc., the licensee for Indian Point Nuclear Generating Units 2 & 3, Palisades Nuclear Power Plant, and Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station (collectively referred to as Entergy) plans to implement a Joint Composite Adversary Force (JCAF) with NextEra Energy for the purpose of replicating adversary characteristics during Triennial Force On Force exercises. The enclosure to this letter outlines our mutual plans for implementing the JCAF. The enclosure contains Security-Related Information.
This letter contains no new regulatory commitments.
