Perry Nuclear Power Plant Docket No. 50-440, License No. NPF-58 Withdrawal of License Amendment Application for Adoption of Technical Specifications Task Force (TSTF) Traveler TSTF-500. Revision 2. "DC Electrical Rewrite - Update to TSTF-360" (EPID L-2017-LLA-0438)

By letter dated December 20, 2017 (Accession Number ML17355A019), FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company (FENOC) submitted a license amendment application to adopt TSTF-500, Revision 2, "DC Electrical Rewrite - Update to TSTF-360" for the Perry Nuclear Power Plant (PNPP).

By letter dated April 25, 2018 (Accession Number ML18115A007), FENOC communicated plans to cease operations at nuclear facilities owned by FirstEnergy Solutions, including the PNPP. Based on PNPP's schedule to cease operation in May of 2021, FENOC will no longer pursue the subject amendment and is withdrawing the application.
