PALO VERDE NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION, UNITS 1, 2, AND 3 NRC EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS ANNUAL INSPECTION REPORT 05000528/2013501, 05000529/2013501, AND 05000530/2013501
Dear Mr. Edington:
On December 31, 2013, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff completed its annual inspection of the Emergency Preparedness Program at the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2 and 3. This inspection began on January 1, 2013. Issuance of this letter closes NRC Inspection Report 05000528/2013501, 05000529/2013501, and 05000530/2013501. The inspection results associated with the 2013-501 reports are documented in integrated Resident Inspector Reports 2013-002, 2013-003, 2013-004, and 2013-005.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS).
