Long disposition time has been identified as a chronic problem.)

Mr. Hall's presentation is included as an attachment to this repor Mr. J. H. MacKinnon of Stone & Webster Engineering Company made a presentation of Illinois Power Company's construction action plan for estimating, scheduling and forecasting the remainder of constructing the Clinton power station. Mr. MacKinnon also described the use of Level I, II, and III scheduling and planning methods. The discussion included the planning and scheduling of reutine inspector needs, but not how the required resources would be fed back into the planning and scheduling system if schedules were perturSated or inspectors were required to perform nonroutine inspections.
