NRC EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS ANNUAL INSPECTION REPORT 05000445/2013501 AND 05000446/2013501
Dear Mr. Flores:
On December 31, 2013, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff completed its annual inspection of the Emergency Preparedness Program at the Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2. This inspection began on January 1, 2013. Issuance of this letter closes NRC Inspection Report 05000445/2013501 and 05000446/2013501. The inspection results associated with the 2013-501 reports are documented in integrated Resident Inspector Reports 2013-002, 2013-003, 2013-004, and 2013-005.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
