Combined Inspection Report Nos. 50-387/91-08 and 50-388/91-08 An unannounced inspection of the radiological controls program was conducted at your facility during non-outage conditions on June 17-21, 1991.
Areas covered in this inspection included a review of: previously identified items, housekeeping and radiological postings, dosimetry program, air sampling program, whole body counting and instrumentation calibration areas.
In addition the inspectors reviewed the preparations for and commencement of a spent fuel pool irradiated reactor vessel hardware disposal project.
Within the scope of the radiological controls inspection, no violations were identified.
