Dear Mr. Pardee:

Thank you for your letters of January 15, 2010 (ML 100341201) and January 27,2010 (ML 100341223), in response to our December 16,2009. letter and Notice of Violation regarding the willful violation, by a lead maintenance technician. to allow unqualified personnel to perform clearance and tagging work and then falsifying the related records (ML093500674). We will review your reply and the implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained. In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of the NRC's document system (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web Site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rmladams.html(the Public Electronic Reading Room).
