i With regard to Violation A, we wish to note that the inspection report, in Para-graph 2, does indicate that additional separation verification is perfomed in accordance with PQCI E-3.0.
Notwithstanding this additional verification re-quirement, PQCI E-2.0, General Instruction No.10 stated, " Raceway separation verification is performed as part of the activities of PQCI E-2.0," and this was not done.
