Dear Mr. Morey:
Thank you for.your response of October 25,1996,' to 'our. Notice of Violation issued on September 27, 1996, concerning activities conducted at your Farley facility. We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
Your response regarding inadequate as built configuration control also addressed a similar issue identified in Inspection Report 50 348/96 07 and 50 364/96 07, dated September 27, 1996. We note that you plan to ' submit a
,
supplemental response within 60 days for that specific issue.
Following
receipt of this supplemental response, we will examine the implementation of your corrective action during future inspections.
