Dear Mr. Franz:
This will acknowledge receipt of your letter dated December 17,1996,in response to our letter dated November 19,1996, transmitting a Notice of Violation associated with the failure to leak test hoses, an activity affecting quality, at the Duane Arnold Energy Center, Unit 1 Facility. - We have reviewed your corrective actions and have no further questions at
