Results: The ifcensee.was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the areas examined, except as noted below:

Alarm Stations: A security computer safeguards capability required by the security plan could ha circumvented.
All previous items of noncompliance, unresolved issues, and items of concern were closed. Two unresolved issues were noted during this inspection. They will be forwarded to HQ NRC for resolution. Several observations were noted which did not constitute noncompliance with the security plan. The licensee's actions were responsive to the observations.
