REPORT NOS. 50-327/85-20 AND 50-328/85-20 Thank you for your supplemental response of April 4,1986, to our Notice of Violation issued on June 20, 1985, concerning activities conducted at your Sequoyah facility.
The implementation of your corrective actions described in your letters (,f July 19, 1965, October 30, 1985, and April 4, 1986, were examined during an inspection performed January 21-30, 1986 (Inspection Report Nos. 50-327/86-04 and 50/328-86/04) and were found to be acceptable.
