Based on a telephone conversation between Mr. H. A. Walker of our staff and Mr. P. A. Barrett of your staff, it is our understanding that appropriate tracking and control will be provided for those nuclear safety significant items identified prior to October 13, 1986, which are currently in your Action Items Tracking System. We will examine these matters on a subsequent inspection.
