The briefing will consist of a status report on your follow-up actions related to the findings documented in Inspection Report No. 85-28 and subsequently discussed at a meeting held at Region V on December 12, 198 In addition, it was agreed that you would make a formal presentation of your position related to PASS requirements at a meeting. tentatively scheduled for February 14, 1986 in our offices. We will expect that during the meeting you will specifically address the three questions asked of you by Mr. J. B. Martin during the Decerber 12, 1985 meeting (see attached meeting minutes).
