Subject: NRC Inspection This refers to a routine, safeguards inspection conducted by Mr. L. R. Norderhaug of this office on July 8-26, 1985 of activities authorized by NRC License No. DPR-54. It also refers to the discussions of the preliminary inspection findings held by the inspector with Messer R. Moore, W. Speight and other members of their respective organizations et the conclusion of the visi Areas examined during this inspection included activities related to physical protection as described in the enclosed inspection report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and records, interviews with facility and contractor personnel, and observations by the inspecto Based on the results of this inspection, it appears that certain of your activities were not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements, as set forth in the Notice of Violation enclosed as Appendix A to this letter.
