Routine, unannounced physical protection inspection by a recional cased inspector of the implementation.of the licensee's accepted Security Plan and applicable sections of 10 CFR 73.55 related to security organization; physical barriers; access controls; communication controls; detection aids; tcsting and maintenance; response procedures; licensee action on a previously identified unresolved item related to physical security and followup on IE Circulars 77-04 and 78-17 related to locking devices anf l%rd training records, respectively.
The inspection was initiated during n. agdar hours and involved 31 inspector-hours onsite by one fiRC regional b%u f i spector.
