Appendix NOTICE OF VIOLATION Commonwealth Edison Compa.Jty Docket No. 50-237 Docket No. 50-249 As a result of the inspection conducted on March 6-8, 11-14, 18-22, 26-28, April 4, 5, 9-11, 15, 18, 1985, and in accordance with the General Policy and Procedures for NRC Enforcement Actions, (10 CFR Part 2, Appendix C), the following violation was identified:
Criterion V of Appendix B to 10 CFR 50, as implemented by Commonwealth Edison Company Corporate Quality Assurance Manual, Chapter 5, requires that activities affecting quality shall be prescribed by documented instructions, procedures, or drawings and shall be accomplished in accordance with these instructions, procedures, or drawing '
Contrary to the above, approximately 25% of work request packages reviewed were not completed in accordance with approved procedure This is a Severity Level V violation (Supplement I).
Pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 2.201, you are required to submit to this office within thirty days of the date of this Notice a written statement or explanation in reply, including for the violation:
