ERRATA FOR COOPER NUCLEAR STATION - NRC SECURITY TEAM INSPECTION REPORT 05000298/2007401
Dear Mr. Minahan:
Please replace NRC Inspection Report 05000298/2007401 (ML071920075), dated July 9, 2007 with the updated enclosed report. Information provided by your licensing department has resulted in: (1) a re-characterization of the cross-cutting aspects associated with Noncited Violation 05000298/2007401-01; and (2) the correction of an inaccurate date referenced within the inspection report. Pages 2, 8, 9, and 11 were updated with changes based on the previous statement. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of the NRC's document system, ADAMS.
ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Website at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room). However, because of the security-related concerns contained in the enclosure, and in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, a copy of this letter's enclosure will not be available for public inspection.
