COOPER NUCLEAR STATION - CANCELLATION OF NRC INSPECTION REPORT 05000298/2003010

Dear Mr. Warren:

This letter is to inform you that the NRCs inspection of activities related to the Confirmatory Action Letter (dated January 30, 2003), scheduled to be conducted August 11-15, 2003, will be performed in conjunction with the Problem Identification and Resolution inspection scheduled for September 15-26, 2003. This change has been previously discussed with members of your staff. As a result, NRC Inspection Report 05000298/2003010 has been canceled, and no inspection report will be issued for this report number. The results of the Problem Identification and Resolution inspection and our inspection related to the Confirmatory Action Letter will be documented in NRC Inspection Report 05000298/2003002.
