Dear Mr. Smith:
On December 31,2011, the NRC staff completed its annual inspection of the Emergency Preparedness Program at Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station. This inspection began on January 1, 2011. lssuance of this letter closes Inspection Report 05000293/2011501.
lnspection activities charged to these reports include conducting mid-cycle/end of cycle assessment activities, responding to technical questions from resident inspectors or licensee personnel, and, in some cases, performing traditional enforcement activities. Any observations and findings in this area were provided to you via separate correspondence.
