ERRATA SURRY POWER STATION - NRC INTEGRATED INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 5000280/2004004, AND 5000281/2004004 AND OFFICE OF INVESTIGATIONS CASE NUMBER 2-2003-075
Dear Mr. Christian:
On September 25, 2004, the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed an inspection at your Surry Power Station, Units 1 and 2. The above inspection report was issued without the EA number and Synopsis Attachment. The purpose of this letter is to correct the error and to ask that you replace the enclosed corrected pages in your original document.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter, and its enclosure, will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
