NRC INSPECTION OF DIABLO CANYON UNITS 1 AND 2 This letter refers to the routine inspection conducted by Mr.
M. Cillis of this office on February 3-7, 1992, of activities authorized by NRC License Nos.
DPR-80 and DPR-82, and to the discussions of our findings by Mr. Cillis with Mr. J.
Townsend, and other members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection on February 7, 1992.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed inspection report.
within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the'nspectors.
No violations of NRC requirements were identified within the scope of this inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of NRC's "Rules and Practice",
