NRC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-269/97-05, 50-270/97-05, AND 50-287/97-05
Dear Mr. McCollum:
Thank you for your supplemental response of September 16. 1997, to Violation 97-05-03 (Example 2), which was cited in our Notice of Violation issued on July 18. 1997, concerning activities conducted at your Oconee facility. We have collectively evaluated your supplemental response and original response (dated August 18, 1997) to Violation 97-05-03 (Example 2). and found that they meet the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. We will examine the implementaion of your corrective actions for Violation 97-05-03 (Example 2) during future inspections.
