Results:
Based on inspection activities, two potential violations were identified (failure to adequately implement compensatory measures - Section 6; and failure to report a safeguards event in a timely manner - Section 7).
In addition, one previously identified open item relating to the day-to-day management of the security program remains open and requires additional licensee attention.
Improvements in the licensee's implementation of the security program were noted.
However, continuing increased oversight and monitoring activities appear necessary to assure the day-to-day effectivenest. of the security program.
