REPORT N05. 50-250/84-28 AND 50-251/84-29 Thank you for your additional response of April 30, 1985, to our Notice of Violation issued on October 19, 1984, concerning activities conducted at your Turkey Point facility.
Based upon conversations between the Resident Inspector and NRC Region II, we understand that the software has been incorporated and tested to your satisfaction.
This is prior to the projected completion date of January 1, 1986.
We have evaluated your additional response and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
