PLANT OPERATIONS AND SURVEILLANCE PROGRAM INSPECTIONS BY IE PERSONNEL - SAN ONOFRE UNIT 3 This memorandum confims our plans to conduct an inspection at the San Onofre plant site. The inspection will be perfonned during February 25 - March 5, 1985. An exit meeting is planned for the afternoon of March 5,1985.
