Dear Sir or Madam:

By Reference 1, Energy Northwest requested approval of a license amendment request to make administrative and editorial changes to the Columbia Generating Station Technical Specifications and Operating License. Based upon discussion with the NRC staff, Energy Northwest is withdrawing the request to delete revision bars from the footer of the pages of the Technical Specifications and Operating License.
