Dear Sir or Madam:

In Attachment 1 of the reference, Energy Northwest submitted, in Compact Disc (CD) format, proposed revisions to Columbia's PSP based on our responses to NRC requests for additional information. After receipt of the submittal, NRC notified Energy Northwest that the figures in the PSP were not retrievable from the CD. This condition was due to an error that occurred during conversion of the document to a pdf format.

Energy Northwest regrets any inconvenience that may have resulted. Attached, in hardcopy, are the figures that should have been included on the CD and other minor changes that were made following discussions with the NRC reviewer.
