Operating License No. DPR-4 Docket Nos. 50-146 Submittal of Information to NRC in April 8, 2002 and May 22, 2002 Meetings Gentlemen, On May 22, 2002 a meeting between NRC and GPU Nuclear, Inc. was held in Rockville, Md. The intent of the meeting was to discuss SNEC's License Termination Plan (LTP) and characterization issues addressed in NRC's requests for additional information. The purpose of this letter is to summarize information that was exchanged at this meeting. In a previous letter (Reference GPU to NRC Letter E910-02-025, dated May 22, 2002) to the NRC, GPU Nuclear Inc. described information provided in the April 8, 2002 and May 8, 2002 meetings. An additional piece of information that was provided in the April 8, 2002 meeting was inadvertently omitted in our E910-02-025 letter. This information is being provided in this letter.

During the April 8, 2002 meeting, GPU Nuclear, Inc. provided the following information in addition to that described in GPU Nuclear letter E910-02-025 dated May 22, 2002:

1. SNEC Calculation 6900-02-008, "SNEC Facility DCGL Values for Volumetric Contamination,"

February 7, 2002.

During the May 22, 2002 meeting GPU Nuclear, Inc. provided the following:

- SNEC Well Location Plan
