Operating License No., DPR-4 Docket No 50-146 Submittal of Information to NRC in August 29, 2002 Meeting, Revision 1 This revision supercedes GPU Nuclear, Inc. letter number E910-02-043. The purpose of this letter is to provide information that was not included in the aforementioned letter. On August 29, 2002, a meeting between NRC and GPU Nuclear, Inc. was held in Rockville, MD. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss dose modeling technical issues, submission of an updated License Termination Plan and plans for the NRC confirmatory survey. The purpose of this letter is to summarize what information was provided to you at this meeting.

Reference NRC Letter dated August 9, 2002,

Subject:

"Forthcoming Public Meeting - Saxton Nuclear Experimental Corporation Facility".

During the August 29, 2002 meeting, GPU Nuclear, Inc provided the following to the NRC:

1) PowerPoint presentation titled "License Termination Plan Issues Meeting."
2) Table of off-site laboratory analyses for transuranic (TRU) and hard to detect (HTD) radionuclides (1994-present).
3) Three figures titled a) Grout Sheeting and Well Location Plan

- b) -Anihoi-Bolt Installation Plan c) Containment Vessel, Sectional View (Looking North)

4) Table 5-2, "Initial Classification of Site Areas "

Note: Items 2, 3 &4 have been included into Revision 1 of the SNEC License Termination Plan (LTP)
