The license amendment request (LAR) was submitted in anticipation of requiring more than the allowed 72 hours8.333333e-4 days <br />0.02 hours <br />1.190476e-4 weeks <br />2.7396e-5 months <br /> to implement modifications associated with the discovery of a nonconservative technical specification (TS). At approximately 13:45, on March 12, 2010, following modifications, operators exited TS Action 3.8.1.Therefore, PG&E is no longer requesting an emergency license amendment and hereby retracts emergency LAR 10-02.PG&E makes no regulatory commitments (as defined by NEI 99-04) in this letter.This letter includes no revisions to existing regulatory commitments.
