Dear Mr. Conway:
By letter dated March 11, 2010 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML100710731), you applied for an emergency amendment to the Diablo Canyon Power Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2, Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-80 and DPR-82. The proposed changes would have revised the facility technical specifications (TS) pertaining to TS 3.8.1, 'lAC Sources - Operating." The amendment proposed a footnote to allow a one-time change to modify Condition A Required Action A.2 completion time from 72 hours8.333333e-4 days <br />0.02 hours <br />1.190476e-4 weeks <br />2.7396e-5 months <br /> to 96 hours0.00111 days <br />0.0267 hours <br />1.587302e-4 weeks <br />3.6528e-5 months <br />. The purpose of this letter is to advise that the above-cited application is being treated as withdrawn. A Notice of Consideration of Issuance of the proposed amendment had not been published in the Federal Register.
