C. 20555 Haddam Neck Plant Certification for License Amendment 201 In a letter dated December 20, 2004' the NRC-issued License Amendment No. 201 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-61 for the Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company's (CYAPCO) Haddam Neck Plant (HNP). This amendment was in response to CYAPCO application dated August 11, 20042 and will become effective upon the transfer of all special nuclear material as reactor fuel from the HNP spent fuel pool to the HNP Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) is complete. The purpose of this letter is to notify the NRC that on March 26, 2005, all special nuclear material as reactor fuel has been permanently removed from the HNP spent fuel pool and stored in an

_ISFSI located at the HNP site. Accordingly, this notification satisfies the condition included in the approved License Amendment.
