Sequoyah Nuclear Plant Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program, Revision 15 In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 50.54(p), this letter provides Revision 15 of the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant (SQN) Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program.

The Revision Log of the SQN Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program, provided in the enclosure, describes the recent change. The revised plan became effective as of November 23, .2016.

• Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) has evaluated the changes contained in this revision and does riot consider the revision to decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the subject plan.
