Registration of Use of Cask to Store Spent Fuel

In accordance with 10 CFR 72.212, "Conditions of general license issued under 10 CFR 72.210,"

paragraph (b)(2), Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (CEG) is registering with the NRC, the use of three casks under the general license to store spent fuel at Byron Station. The initial use of these casks to store spent fuel occurred on August 19, 2022, August 25, 2022, and August 31, 2022. This registration is required to be submitted within 30 days.

The following information is provided in accordance with 10 CFR 72.212(b)(2):
