Status of Hemyc Fire Barrier Wrap at Vermont Yankee This letter is in response to the NRC staff's request for a status of crediting Hemyc fire barrier wrap for compliance with 1 OCFR50, Appendix R. Vermont Yankee (VY) has replaced the subject Hemyc fire barrier wrap applied on systems credited in the VY Safe Shutdown Capability Analysis supporting compliance with 1 OCFR50, Appendix R. This replacement was completed on July 28, 2005.
There are no new regulatory commitments being made in this submittal.
