Status of Hemyc Fire Barrier Wrap at Vermont Yankee This letter is in response to the NRC staff's request for a status of crediting Hemyc fire barrier wrap for compliance with 10CFR50, Appendix R. Vermont Yankee (VY) has replaced the subject Hemyc fire barrier wrap applied on systems credited in the VY Safe Shutdown Capability Analysis supporting compliance with 10CFR50, Appendix R. This replacement was completed on July 28, 2005.

There are no new regulatory commitments being made in this submittal.
