Audit Requirements for AN0 Emergency Preparedness Program and Security Plan Gentlemen:

Attached are Technical Specification change requests for your review and approval. These changes will modify the technical specifications to require annual audits of the Emergency Plan and the Security Plan.

These changes are made in compliance with your letter OCNA108205 dated October 1, 1982, and BCNA108227 dated October 30, 1982, which requires modification of our technical specifications to conform with 10 CFR 50.54(t) and 10 CFR 50.40(d).

Because the attached technical specification changes are made at the request of the Commission, no remittance of a license fee is required.
