| Description | 10 CFR 50 Part 50.65 (a)(3) requires that performance and condition monitoring activities and associated goals and preventive maintenance activities shall be evaluated at least every refueling cycle provided the interval between evaluations does not exceed 24 months. Contrary to the above, on February 4, 2014, the licensee determined that they had failed to perform the required evaluation during the previous refueling cycle. The licensee documented the issue in the CAP as AR 01620986. The inspectors determined that this issue was of very low safety significance (Green) because no degraded performance or condition of associated structure, system, and component functions within the scope of the Maintenance Rule was resulted from the performance deficiency. |
