SAFETY SIGNIFICANCE

I YEAR 8 -1 SEQUENTIAL REV NUMBER NO.

003 1-0 The Division II CRFA system was considered to be Inoperable from the time the charcoal sample was obtained to the time the charcoal was replaced. However, the Division I CRFA system was Operable for the duration of this event.

Furthermore, the Division II CRFA system was returned to Operable status three days from the time of discovery. This event was of minimal significance to the health and safety of the public.
