Description

The inspectors identified a non-cited violation of Technical Specification 5.4.1.a for the licensees failure to implement written procedures for activities referenced in Appendix A of Regulatory Guide 1.33, Revision 2, dated February 1978. Specifically, the licensee failed to implement radioactive material control Procedure ADM-0071, Fuel Pools Material Control, Revision 8, for the storage and movement of spent Tri-Nuke filters
