In accordance with Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 2 Technical Specification 6.9.1.9.b, attached is the subject report concerning loss of an intake structure exhaust fan (2VEF-258).

Due to an unfortunate handling error, this letter was not released to the NRC when completed February 1, 1983.

Although the error is not considered serious, we have increased our efforts to prevent any further such l

incidents.
