Title	Failure to Follow the Makeup and Purification Procedure
Description	A self-revealed Green finding and associated Non-Cited Violation of Technical Specification 5.4.1.a, Procedures, was identified when the licensee failed to follow station procedure DBOP06006, Makeup and Purification System. Specifically, the licensee failed to open MU177, the Make-Up Filter 1 Outlet Isolation valve, which resulted in the isolation of letdown while swapping make-up filters.
