| Description | The inspectors identified a Green non-cited violation (NCV) of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Part 50, Appendix B, Criterion III, Design Control, when Exelon failed to ensure that adequate design control measures existed to verify the adequacy of the Reactor Vessel Level Monitoring System (RVLMS) uncertainty calculation. Specifically, Exelon failed to identify errors in the RVLMS uncertainty calculation which resulted in a reasonable doubt of operability for the system after a temporary modification was implemented. |
