In accordance with 10 CFR 72.44, "License conditioris," paragraph (d)(3) and Holtec Certificate of Compliance (CoC) No. 1032, Appendix A, "Technical Specifications for the Hi-Storm FW MPC Storage System," Section 5.1, "Radioactive Effluent Control Program," this letter provides the annual radioactive effluent release report for the Clinton Power Station Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) for the period of October 1, 2017 to September 30, 2018. During this period there were no radioactive effluents released from the Clinton Power Station ISFSI. Note that the ISFSI Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report was provided in Reference 1 for the period of January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017. However, the reporting period covered by Reference 1 is not consistent with the reporting period for the ISFSI An~ual Radioactive Effluent Release Report specified in the Holtec CoC No. 1032, Appendix A, Section 5.1. Additionally, the submittal date requirements differ for each of the required reports. This submittal is being provided to maintain continuity with the ISFSI Annual Radioactive Effluent Release report reporting period established by Reference 2 to facilitate future submittal date requirements. This issue has been entered into the Corrective Action Program under Issue Report 04236199.
