The Nuclear Regulatory Commission terminated the Saxton Nuclear Experimental Facility License, License No. DPR-4, on November 7, 2005. As a result there no longer is a need to maintain the Quality Assurance Program for Radioactive Material Packages No.

0901. Therefore this program can be canceled.
