Todays first item is SECY-21-0099 - Entergy Nuclear Operations, Incorporated, Entergy Nuclear Palisades, LLC, Holtec International, and Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC. The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order addressing a petition for leave to intervene and request for a hearing filed in this proceeding by the Michigan Attorney General; Beyond Nuclear, Michigan Safe

They also seek NRC approval of conforming administrative license amendments to reflect the requested transfers.

The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order that grants the Attorney General of Michigans request for hearing; admits one financial qualifications contention encompassing four distinct disputes; and denies the other requests for hearing. The Commission further directs the Chief Administrative Judge of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel to appoint a single administrative judge as Presiding Officer to take all necessary actions to compile, complete, and certify the hearing record to the Commission.

Would you please affirm your votes after I call your name?
